The printers are customised for each order. Based on the client’s needs, we configure the machines for printing on a specified material and substrate.
We have a facility that includes an advanced mechanical workshop featuring necessary equipment for the production and quality testing of our printers.
We offer our clients the necessary support, including training staff in the use of the printers, warranty information and technical support.

Innovation and quality
The printers are equipped with innovative and proprietary solutions developed by our dedicated staff. We make sure that the machines have been created using the highest quality materials available.
DX45100 Compact/Custom FlatBed prints on a variety of flat materials, has a 45x100cm printing area and a maximum printing material thickness of 170mm. The control system provides automatic lifting and lowering of the printer. Materials being printed are moved automatically on the bed of the printer in a horizontal fashion. The printer has a 6-button interface with a colour display (HMI), two emergency switches for stopping the machine are located at opposite ends of the machine for easy convenience, „OXISECURE” is a laser-measurement technology apparatus fitted on the print head to automatically measure the height of the materials and adjust the printer accordingly, anti-static protection, cleaning of the print head happens through our „OXIFLUSHING” system, an automatic and absolute positioning system XY. Depending on the printer’s configuration and type of material being used, „OXIHEATING” technology provides appropriate pressure on the table and material that is adapted to the material thickness that is being used.
DX3550 Started Flatbed offers a printing platform with a nominal print area of 35x50cm and a maximum material thickness of 180mm. This particular model has the printer table adjusting the vertical axis of the printing, while the horizontal movement comes from a section of the printer adjusting itself horizontalli, according to the material used. The printer has a 6-button interface with a colour display (HMI), emergency switch for shutting down all mechanical movement, „OXISECURE” technology which used a laser to control the position of the printer head above the material, anti-static protection, cleaning of the printer head using „OXIFLUSHING” technology and absolute starting position of each print run on XY. The printer is customised to print on lightweight materials, such as textiles and gadgets. The device dimensions are 80x55x45cm.
Economic version of the digital printing machine for printing directly using a feeder – receiver mode. Nominal print width is 32 cm and material thickness up to 2mm is supported. In this regard, the material is the only thing moving, not the machine nor the table, and therefore this device is ideal for printing on flat materials that have A3 size dimensions, e.g. aluminum plates.
This printing platform is constructed based on the print size required. The nominal field of printing for each machine and other properties are determined together with the client to ensure that the printer has been fully adapted to the specific work that is required.
We offer training to our customers as part of the service when purchasing one or more of our printers. The complete training takes about one complete day and participants receive a statement and certificate to prove they have attended.
We provide after-sales servicing of all our printers. In the event of technical problems where the manufacturer is at fault we provide a replacement printer to our clients.
We offer advice with regards to selecting suitable inks adapted to the materials on which the client wants to print.
We supply relevant technology and assist in the selection of appropriate protection for printing on different types of materials.
Used for heating and drying parts or whole printing areas. This ensures that the printing occurs under ideal conditions, which helps ensure that the print is of high quality.
This system increases the lifetime of the printer head up to double its normal lifespan by absorbing ink that has been shot out from the printer head.

CEO of OXIPRINT.Since 2004 runs a company specializing in direct printing and delivery of printing technology on aluminum. He constructed and implemented his own printers as well. At OXIPRINT he is responsible for the administration, managing the staff, servicing, technology and print profiling.
Technical Director at OXIPRINT. Passionate about many fields of technology and often referred to by colleagues as a genius. Since 1984, he has founded and been the General Manager of an advertising company in Norway and a consulting company dedicated to providing signage and specialised printing. Many of his company’s machines have been constructed by himself. At OXIPRINT he is responsible for innovation and implementation of new features.
Commercial Director. Mechanical Engineer by profession, holds an MBA degree and a certified expert of SolidWorks software. He has extensive sales experience by working for the largest distributor of SolidWorks in Europe. At OXIPRINT he is in charge of sales and providing CAD/CAM training and education.
Electronic Specialist. For many years he managed a business developing and provisioning car alarm systems. He has been involved in the digital printing industry since 2010. At OXIPRINT he is responsible for electronics, PCB layout design and maintenance of electronic circuits.
Specialist Mechanic. He is a former teacher at a vocational college providing mechanical classes and workshops. At OXIPRINT he is responsible for the development of mechanical technology, as well as servicing and assembling printers.
Specialist Programmer. Miroslaw was a scientist previously working in the field of nuclear technology and a long-time researcher of the Institute of Nuclear Research in Dubna. He was also a computer enthusiast and at OXIPRINT his role was programming of the printers and their control systems. Miroslaw passed away on 8th february 2017.
Website Developer. Maria is a student of Automation and Robotics at Warsaw University of Technology and Psychology at SWPS University. She specialises in programming. Her role at OXIPRINT is to develop and maintain our website.
